A West Babylon man stopped for speeding and driving erratically Tuesday night on the Southern State Parkway was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, according to New York State Police. Further investigation revealed the man was intoxicated and he was arrested and taken into custody, according to police. The west Babylon man declined a breath test and has a suspended license due to a prior DWI conviction.is charged with two felonies, DWI and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, as well as other traffic violations, said police. He is scheduled to be arraigned today in Suffolk County First District Court.
