Family Court custody matter

The Law office of Shawn Kassman successfully represented an individual who had not seen her child for over 2 years due to essentially parental alienation by the father. The father lost custody and the county brought an order of protection against the father to have no contact after numerous court appearances where the mother initially was not look favorably upon however after numerous court appearances it came to light that the father and the father’s girlfriend are the culprits of serious issues with the child and therefore the county removes a child from the father. The mother was on her way to regaining custody and having a relationship with the child.
